You had surgery ? Did it get worst post puberty due to AAS use? Mine hasn't (yet). Why did surgery not fix the prob?

aas didnt make it worse...the doc i went to made me promises
well beyond her skill level i believe...

she removed all the estrogenic fat around the nipple, but failed miserably at working right behind it...

she kept talking about not wanting to leave indented nipples...

and i told her i didnt care if could keep a dollar's worth of quarters where each nipple used to be and even offered to sign a contract saying so...

but she just didnt get it...

ive always read that it depends on whether or not they remove the gland...i dont have lumps, just some fuckin pine cone nips...

i cant remember if the current theory is that fat cells can actually multiply, or if the remaining ones can expand even further to fill the void or once gone, always gone...

too many variables to really answer your question...
