That stuff is a mix of creatine, hmb and protein powder. All good but you'd be better off getting them separately. It's generally suggested that carbs are better for creatine uptake than protein to utilise an insulin spike which carbs will induce.
Do a search for creatine, there are lots of threads about it on here. You can choose between creatine monohydrate which you mix with juice or dextrose or the new CEE. You should load your body with 15-20g per day for about 5 days and then drop back to 5g per day for about a month then take a couple of weeks off. I always spread my doses into 3 through the day. Some people suggest you need never come off. It's great stuff and will give you some decent growth.
HMB you don''t see much of but it's supposed to help inhibit catabolism. I tried it for a few months and didn't notice any difference when I stopped taking it. Five or six grams per day is the recommended dose spread into three through the day.
Protein you should eat lots of. Typically around 1g per pound of bodyweight if you're workng out. It's better to be getting it from your food than from shakes but a shake just after your workout can be easier to digest.
