powder or pills better?

hey everyone out there! got a question to ask. Is powder form/ drink the best form of supplement? or is pills better?

If the quality is equal between the two then the tabs may be slightly harder to digest depending on if they are pressed or in caps, but aside from that, all else being equal they should be the same. Powdered supps are generally cheaper.
