powder measuring

Got some "raw material' powder and a cap machine. Anyone know a good place to get measuring equipment?

You can get good and cheap digital scales off of Ebay all day long. Or places like Staples & Office Depot have digital mail scales that are good also, but cost more.

I've tried everything with powder and found the only sure way to go is to suspend it in liquid.
