How much pottassium should i intake while on 250-500mg test enanth/cyp per week.
should i just get a bottle and take one pill per day as it says?
im also gonna get a bottle of ZMA and milk thistle.
i also take kyolic garlic. just don't want my bp to go up. i will be limiting the salt intake as well to under 2500mg/day. i take 9 kyolics per day.
i also will be taking aifm to keep the bloat off.
so how much pottass, and does this sound sufficient to keep the bp normal?
