I am not getting into the pissing match of the previous thread! My comment is about potassium doses that were not answered in the last thread. Although I am a fan of potassium and take it for BP issues be warned about the amount you take. Potassium at high doses can cause heart problems. I usually take no more than 500mgs a day (sups) Be careful with calcium also.
