Hey Fellas,
Quick Question, Where do you buy your bcaa powders/leucine/creatine/etc.



Any suggestions on a bcaa drink or all the powders and dosages?
ie. 5g leucine, 5g creatine. etc

I buy all my bulk powders at trueprotein.com

10g BCAA, 5g Leucine, 5g Creatine and Crystal lite is not to bad. I buy the instantized BCAA and it mixes very well. I usually drink this during my workout and post cardio on non training days. Add some WMS to this and some more crystal light and you have a pretty good PWO shake.

Yeah it was kind of tricky at first. I usually buy all my protein, BCAA, etc form them once a month in bulk. Shipping kills, but it is still a lot cheaper than retail. The thing I like about their protein is the lack of fluff. If you order two pounds of protein you get just that, not a pound and a half of protein then a half pound of flavoring and BS. Highest quality products hands down.
