post your cytomel results

I was curious to know the results obtained from the people who have used cytomel. If so, what bf% did you start with, and how much did you weigh, your diet habbits (clean or junk) and also any sides incurred. Thanks and karma to all! :evil: :beer:
 
Hey i tried t3 and clen together. Side effects werent bad from the clen, i couldnt tell anything from the t3 because its not a stimulant. I lost about 6 inches from my waist in 6 weeks. 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, 2 weeks on again. I was very impressed with the results. My diet was somewhat clean. Protein shakes, and lots of tuna, chicken salads. Moderate carbs. Still splurge every now and again going to get the 99 cent cheeseburgers at McDonalds. But limited that. As far as coming off i was alittle sluggish in the gym because i was use to having that speed feeling all the time, but 5 months later i am still the same size i was when i came off so i kept my results.

As far as post recovery i took some kelp, which has iodine to help restore normal thyroid activity because T-3 kinda overrides your thyroid

here was my cycle for 2 weeks:
CLEN: I cycled 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
day 1-4 i took 60 mcgs
day 5-10 i took 120 mcgs
day 10-14 i took 60 mcgs

T3: I did 5 weeks straight
day 1-5 25 mcgs
day 6-10 50 mcgs
day 11-15 75 mcgs
day 16-20 100 mcgs
day 21-25 75 mcgs
day 26-30 50 mcgs
day 31-35 25 mcgs on day 33 i started taking kelp capsules till day 42

How big was your waist line and how much bf did you loose. Sounds impressive!!
