post workout nutrition, ok so?

Currently i do the following:
drink some ice tea with short chained carbohydrates during and to the end of the workout and about 30 mins later some whey shake and one hour later a real meal.

Is it ok so in general?
Should i drink the short chained CHO only at the end?
Would it matter if i drank the whey with milk instead of water?

skip the ice tea, and get yourself a malto/dextrose mix w/ whey powder. then 1 hour later...FEAST.

no dairy after workouts, dairy contains fat, fat slows insulin release, therefore optimal glycogen uptake is lowered. Lactose is a shitty sugar anyways.
