post w/o meal

if i am eating a clean balanced diet for losing fat can i eat pretty much anything after my workout and still shed fat? how much calories can be consumed roughly after a workout w/ out putting on fat? im 5'9" 150 thanx
 
5'9 150 and ur worried about fat? wow.

Try to get some protein and healthy fats in there. I'd avoid fiber postworkout but if you are just eating clean, a meal w/ ~ 20 g's of protein and some simple carbs to replenish glycogen would be fine IMO

I would think a 40g protein and 30-40g dextrose shake w/ some creatine would be fine, you wouldn't see any fat gains and bodyfat losses would continues.

i know i should be bulking, but i have little money i tried bulking with cheap foods like ground beef and tuna but got so sick of them i started throwing up, and getting sick in the middle of the night. (it might of had other factors involved) i would love to bulk and its so simple for me to achieve since i can sit around and eat all day. but i am afraid to go broke lol anyone got any ideas on bulking fairly clean w/ out worrying about money so much? help me out here fellas thanx for your time

well, what can you afford that you are willing to eat for a while? and you think is good?

i like all food im not picky at all, i just cant afford steaks everyday and i cant stand eating the same thing all the time. i can spend maybe 50 bux a week on food. also i think i should lose the fat on my love handles. its very strange looking on me cuz i look a lot like bruce lee cept for my lowers abs. the top 2 are fairly ripped and i am skinny but have a big chest too hard to explain i wish i could post pics on here or something to show u what i mean. uhhh i guess thats it for now. peace
 
Maybe rotate your protein sources each day. Beef, chicken, fish, repeat.... or something like that. Try different ways of cooking it and change it around all the time. Even with a limited variety of foods, you can still keep it interesting.

Maybe you should use that $50 to get a premixed MRP from www.proteinfactory.com ....something like calcium caseinate, egg white protein and flaxseed mixed in. I would guess that would be the easiest...otherwise you would need to buy tuna/steak/chicken/eggs and alternate them daily.

ill switch to bulk next month when i got it all figured out...now i have a question..say if im not on a ckd and i am eating clean. what bad would it be to eat like some toppings off of pizza w/ out the crust? i work in pizza and i could do that for my meals as long as i dont get any carbs that meal is this ok? its like always different..i also take most of the sauce off thanx again
