i have about 10 live techno mixes in my gym locker and rotate...

jeff mills, richie hawtin, sven vath, andrei morant, dj t-1000, misstress barbara,,,etc..

my gym plays hot 97...an R&B station, over the system, which is ok but doesnt get me inspired at all..

that is much better than in my gym in college, that played classic rock, alot of eric clapton too. who can get pumped up to eric clapton???

I gotta say though, a few times I had a merengue cd for high intensity cardio, and DAYAM..you cant get anything faster than that...

Keeps me in a good vibe and I focus well....
Other days, I listen to Deep Vocal house...
Puts me in a flowing mood, very energetic and productive...
On the way home, I bike...
So, may be corny, but to unwind, I listen to Yanni...
Something about the deep rythym and the extreme highs that allows me to let lose a bit...
