Post T3

Any gear that will help a post t3 cycle? I'll still be on GH for another few months, and winny for a couple weeks but I don't want to crash hard as I've heard it could take a few months b4 my thyroid is functioning properly again. I will be taking thermogenics/appetite suppresors, diet will be ultra clean, training hard with lots of cardio but any other supplements/gear that I should think about doing? Clen makes me wayy too wired but that's all that I can think of.

If you taper off properly you'll be fine. However keep in mind that GH will cause your T3 to drop, so you may want to stay on 25 mcgs/day of T3 throughout the GH cycle. You can use ephedrine as it's been shown to increase T3 after 4 weeks.

i agree. dont stop t3 cold turkey. but like he said, its true with the gh.

Is this something that's safe to do even when going up to 100mcg's of t3? when does the don't go over 6 weeks rule take effect here?

Like many sayings in this sport it is purely myth that you cannot go over 6 weeks with T3. I've had clients stay on T3 for months at a time and come off with no problems. It's all in the taper.

Anyone have actual experience first hand with problems resulting from T3, or anyone else that agree's with makavelli on this? There's quite a bit of controversy on this subject.

I have plenty of experience with it. Everyone has their own opinion. Mine is based on real life experience.

how long does it usually take for your natural t3 to kick back into gear? anything to help it along the way makavelli?

If you taper correctly your TSH(Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) will increase with the decrease of exogenous T3. There may be a short period of time where it is low, but in my experience people bounce back quickly. You need to keep your diet in check and continue doing cardio to prevent a fat gain rebound. When one gains weight after doing a cutting diet the body is temporarily in a hypothyroidic state, due to the extra weight that was gained. The body will increase the amount of thyroid hormone to account for the extra weight. Ephedrine has been shown to increase T3 after 4 weeks of chronic use. Interestingly enough, T3 levels were lower after 12 weeks of chronic use. I believe the decrease was due to diet, rather than ephedrine.

I agree with Mak. I have been around this stuff for a long time. One time I even saw a guy on the boards offering a $1000 dollar reward to anyone that could prove that the t3 can permantly fuck your thyroid up. First hand expierence and medical documnets required. Guess what....no takers. I still believe T3 should be given its proper respect, as with anything, and doses need to be tapered up and down properly. In my opinion, a reasonable dose can be used for a longer period of time with the proper taper up and down.

I am not a doctor, and anything I say on this subject should not be taken as advice, but taken as what i would do for myself. That being said, I have never heard of or seen any medical documents showing that t3 will permantly fuck your thyroid up.

Also I have personaly used t3 at a 50-100mcg dose for 5 months, and a month after I quit the t3 I got my thyroid tested and it came back above normal! That is my personal expierence. I can now admit that any fat I gained back was because of my own laziness and poor diet. Not my lack of thyroid production, because as soon as I got my diet back in check the fat started coming right back off no problem. Again, I am not a doctor, just my personal expierence.

Thanks mak and St.L personal experience is what I needed to hear about. i'm not planning to go over 6 weeks anyways, probably right around that, it just freaked me out when I got like 8 posts of DONT GO OVER 6 WEEKS, like that the 42nd day of the cycle is when it's do or die for my thyroid. I've got my cycle down and it's pretty much tapering up to 100mcg for 2 weeks and back down slowly, about 40-45 days. After i'm off the t3, I'm gonna pump the appetite suppresants and thermogenics for the next month or so.

The most important thing is this:

MAKE SURE YOU STAY ON YOUR DIET AND CARDIO AFTER COMING OFF T3!!!

Just a little warning. You'll be pissed if you dont.

Yep. Very few do this, but it's well worth it.

Just taper up and down on your T3 cycle and don't go over 4 week (no more then 100mcg/day) and you'll be fine.

Where do you get the 4 week rule from? Is it just a theory or do you have a study that no one else has seen? Not trying to flame bro, just curious.

i've used t3 numerous times w/ no problems. as far as what gear to take when coming off t3... that's a matter of personal preference. i'm just coming off a 7 week t3 cycle w/ tren, primo and prop. prop and tren are done this week. i will continue primo for another 6-8 weeks. most important w/ t3 is start slow, taper down at end, and eat an even cleaner diet w/ more cardio once u come off. i was only doing 30min cardio 3 days a week until now. now that i'm off i will increase to at least 40min 5 days/week w/ double sessions like 1 or 2 days/week. t3 is lovely. i ate clean but had 1 or 2 cheat meals a week and i lost about 10lbs of fat while on the above yet i look jacked as a mofo. i think clen is also good to take after or w/ t3.
