I had rotator cuff surgery last April and didn't come back to the gym until June. I worked out natural for a few months and then hit a 10 week cycle. Here's the results:
Bodyweight went from 173 to 192
Bench press, best set of 8 reps went from 225 to 275
Squat, best set of 5 reps went from 275 to 345
I put on a bit of fat but I'm going to do a little cutting shortly. These results have put me back to where I was before I started having problems with my injury. I'm just wondering how much I will lose since I'm at a point where my body used to be naturally.
