Does anyone notice a loss of drive and motivation inbetween cycles? For me, there's no comparison. Then again, I do tend to overdo things a little bit. I generally take at least a few months off inbetween cycles. Those few months inbetween just suck.

Yeah, I'm right with ya bro! Lack of motivation while off keeps me away from the gym all together! Coming off is like saying goodbye to a good friend that you know you won't be seeing for a while :(

clen i heard keeps you sparked up during post cycle therapy....i never take time off from the gym, not even in a blizzard, post cycle im just more anxiety riddle for a couiplemonths then thats it...i dont smoke/drink/drugs the gym is my healthy addiction i guess

Sane here. I get to the gym but the workouts are rather depressing.

Recovery time certainly needs to be increased - on cycle you usually feel invincible.

Try mixing up your routine for those off-cycle periods.

1. Work each body part only 1/week
2. Reduce time per session (limit yourself to 40-50 minutes)
3. Extra recovery days

day 1 - chest
day 2 - back
day 3 - rest
day 4 - shoulders
day 5 - arms
day 6 - legs
day 7 - rest

Definately post cycle depression. Drive to work out doesnt die...just the satisfaction from putting up ten more lbs than the week before every week...correct me if im wrong, but this is physiological too right? I mean, older men can be diagnosed with depression from lack of testosterone in their system right?

That's probably it more so than anything else. I might be a candidate for HRT.
