Well here I am almost 10 months since getting swiped by a car while on my ride. Anyways, it's been hard getting back into the gym. The past two months have been dedicated to two a days cardio and light workouts. My shoulder seems to be holding up now. I still have about 25lbs to shed to get back to my 215.
I just started (for the first time ever) pgcl and human growth hormone - somatropin - . I am keeping a good log on the usage for anyone interested. I'm 28 years 6' nothing and only workout to suit myself. I hate to be starting all over but have no choice.
