ok, i still have about 4 weeks on my deca/winny cycle. but i want to be rpepared. what type of post-cycle actions should i take. what should i expect and what are the proper ways to deal with it?

You really should have had this planned out b4 you started the cycle which is why your not getting replies. You should never start a cycle w/o the proper ancillaries or w/o planning everything out to a T. Its obviously your first cycle and you better hope you can get some clomid or nolva within 4 weeks or u will be in trouble (say goodbye to your hard earned gains). or u could go for Nelson Montana's OTC recovery plan which is very interesting and has gotten good feedback.
