Ok, got about one week left on my bulking cycle. I don't expect to gain much more seeing as I've been stagnant in gaining weight for about the last couple weeks or so. So I figured I would just post the results now.
Starting weight: 200 lbs @ 9%
Cycle: Test Enanthate 500mg/wk wks 1-12
Tren 400mg/wk wks 1-10
Dbol 30mg/day wks 12-15
Femera wks 12-15 to conteract Dbol bloat
Diet consisted of around 4000-4300 calories/day
Carbs were all complex except for post workout shake sugars.
Fats were almost all unsaturated
Protein was all from Chicken, Beef, Steak
My goal for this cycle was to put on quality LBM while minimizing fat gain. As some of you may remember, I was a little out of control in the bodyfat department after my last bulker last year, and it was hell trying to come down from 24% to about 9%. So I wanted to focus on gaining as little bodfat as possible this time bulking. I think I acheived it pretty good.
RESULTS:
Finishing Weight: 220 lbs @ 10-10.5% bodyfat (tough to gauge may be carrying a tad bit of water from the dbol even though Femara is taking care of most of it. Had caliper tests done at my gym and came out at 9% bodyfat, but I think that is not accurate by my visual perception)
So overall I had a gain of 20 lbs. With a fat gain of about 1-1.5% bodyfat. I noticed that after about week 8 or 9, my gains started to really slow down. But overall I'm pretty damn happy with the results. After PCT I start the quest of cutting to 3-4% bodyfat for some summertime competitions.
