POST CYCLE Results

Ok, got about one week left on my bulking cycle. I don't expect to gain much more seeing as I've been stagnant in gaining weight for about the last couple weeks or so. So I figured I would just post the results now.

Starting weight: 200 lbs @ 9%

Cycle: Test Enanthate 500mg/wk wks 1-12
Tren 400mg/wk wks 1-10
Dbol 30mg/day wks 12-15
Femera wks 12-15 to conteract Dbol bloat

Diet consisted of around 4000-4300 calories/day
Carbs were all complex except for post workout shake sugars.
Fats were almost all unsaturated
Protein was all from Chicken, Beef, Steak

My goal for this cycle was to put on quality LBM while minimizing fat gain. As some of you may remember, I was a little out of control in the bodyfat department after my last bulker last year, and it was hell trying to come down from 24% to about 9%. So I wanted to focus on gaining as little bodfat as possible this time bulking. I think I acheived it pretty good.

RESULTS:
Finishing Weight: 220 lbs @ 10-10.5% bodyfat (tough to gauge may be carrying a tad bit of water from the dbol even though Femara is taking care of most of it. Had caliper tests done at my gym and came out at 9% bodyfat, but I think that is not accurate by my visual perception)

So overall I had a gain of 20 lbs. With a fat gain of about 1-1.5% bodyfat. I noticed that after about week 8 or 9, my gains started to really slow down. But overall I'm pretty damn happy with the results. After PCT I start the quest of cutting to 3-4% bodyfat for some summertime competitions.
 
Awesome results bro! What was the reason for the dbol at the end of the cycle? Was it to balance out the lack of tren?

AMGETR, I had about 4 or 5 weeks of dbol laying around that I was hesitant to take because I didn't want water retention from it. I mainly wanted to avoid having a bloated face because I'm was back on the dating scene. Well, after finishing the test and tren, I figured I would add in the dbol for some extra possible gains while waiting the 3 weeks while the test was exiting my system before starting PCT. I was a little leary and hoped that the femara would take care of the bloat because I tend to look look a cream puff while on dbol. Luckily it took care of almost all the dbol bloat! So it was more of a tactical thing to add it in at the end while waiting the 3 weeks coming down from the test. Now after about another week I'll be able to start PCT right away after finishing my dbol.
 
P.S. I still feel underachieved though because I usually go up 30 lbs on every bulking cycle....but that's with fat and bloat factored in. This time all my gains are quality but 10-12 pounds under the usual. GOD I LOVE TREN!!!

Wait 2 weeks or 3, that's when you'll lose most of your water you gained during the cycle. Then tell us your results.
 
GREAT GAINS! now as long as your pct is in order and it goes as planned you may keep 5 or 6 lbs......if you gained that much on prino, var, or hgh yuo would probably 15 lbs, but it might have been impossible for you to gain that much off thoes compounds anyways. imo id rather gain 8 lbs off a var cycle for several reasons! 1. you keep your gains and strength. 2) no bloat at all....no high bloodpreasure, no shrinkage. no gyno, no balding.....strength is unserpassed! only prob is cost! and getting bunk gear. i got both thoes problems undercontroll!

What's var?
 
Anavar would of been GREAT in place of the Dbol at weeks 12-15, but it goes back to price. You would have leaned up BIG TIME going into PCT!! Give it a shot next time.

Tboy- I'm about to start a Var only cycle 30-40mg/day for 7wks. I play bsball for a living so I've got strength and speed goals in mind, and I want to keep my gains. Do you have any advice for my cycle to get the best gains, before I begin? Will I have much of a problem with sex drive?

bro you will love it.....i didnt notice much in libido.....your bat speed will be tremedous as will your strength........if you dont bloat from creatine id use that also. try it at 30 mg's at first....thats all you may need!

Won't need to wait the 2 or 3 weeks to give the results. I don't expect to put on much more weight nor do I expect to lose any at all. I've always retained all my gains from my cycle. Guess I'm just in tune with my PCT for my body. I don't believe that I'm carrying any extra water at this point. I know I was before I added the femera in at 2.5mg/eod. But after that addition I actually dropped about 4 pounds, which I have slowly made up in muscle. So there is no extra water weight. What I see at this point is what I get.
 
Sounds like you have done your homework bro, and definately know your shit and what is good for your own body. I remember your transformation that you posted before with pics. Defaintely one of the most dramatic transformations I have seen on elite in a long time.

Good work bro, ... and ya, dbol is king!

I think keeping 5 or 6 pounds is a bit on the low side. I've always been able to keep 8-9 of every 10 pounds and that's using no aromatise inhibitors. As mentioned in my previous post, I added femera in the last 5 weeks which has completely knocked out any excess water that I might be carrying. So at this point I've got about 18 quality pounds in which I expect to retain just about all of it. I know a lot of guys that would keep much less than that, but I've got my PCT down to a science for my body.

Thanks Bro. Bat speed = HR's & Slugging%, Exactly what I'm looking for. I will go with 30mg/day and see how I respond, and will probably do 5g+/day of creatine and see how that works. Clomid in the in end. I'll post my results as I get them...Thanks
