Post cycle libido - How do you get yours back up?

What are some of the best ways, natural and super-natural, to bring libido back up?

ECA and stress are killing me I think...

I am about three months post cycle.

Does low libido also mean low test levels?

How would you define low libido? What is too little? I get some every night, I just want more.
 
Don'y know about definitions but strett surpresses HPTA ....I know this for a fact........

Use more clomid, or go see a endo to get you back to normal

BTW- I dont think urging every night is low libido I rarley had the urge at all when my levels were real low
 
Scubasteve: Squatting will raise your test and other key hormones like no other exercise. It isn't an incredible libido booster but it does work a little. I always notice an increased sex drive after working legs or going for a jog about 3 to 5 hours later. Lower body has 65% of the bodies muscle so get that going and you will feel more energetic. Tribulis: I would say 2 pills a day , one in the morning and one in the evening. The Twinlab product I have used is 625 mg a capsule. Zinc is known to help with things slightly as well as the other well known ones (hcg, clomid, etc..) Porno works wonders also!
