Post cycle caloric intake

How far back down do you guys drop calories post cycle? Do you stay "fat" till a cutting cycle? Do you use clen to help shed off some of the extra fat? I wanna hold my size, but I'd like to shed off a little a fat I have put on. What's the word on this? Thanks.
 
Keep your calories high enough where you still might put on a little fat. If you were bulking bring them down a little. I would rather personally put on a little fat post cycle and keep more of my muscle gains. Don't do cardio till done w/ clomid. Use clen with clomid. This helps as an anti-catabolic and will increase your metabolism so you can add more calories.
 
Sounds crazy, and I know most people do not agree with this but my diet is the same year round. I do not believe in changing my diet to bulk and to cut. I have found a good diet that doesnt make me crazy. It allows me to build muscle and lose fat depending on the juice I am on and how I am training(cardio). Although many people do not agree with this, I found that this works well for me
