post cycle bumps on my back

I have been clean for over 3 months and just recently my back has been breaking out something aweful. I have been getting these painful ass bumps, I guess you would call them boils. but my back looks horrible. tanning baed helped a little but not much. anyone else had these problems. how did you solve this?
