I just finished up 9 weeks of low doses of test/tren. It was a decent cycle - dropped from 220, 11-12% bf, to 205 @ about 8% bf. I know I probably lost a little muscle, but my strength hasn't dropped off at all. Here's where the blues come in: I could sleep fine throughout my whole cycle, but now I can't sleep worth shit. I'm about a week into pct, and have lost 3 pounds most likely from lack of sleep (from 208 to 205). Why the hell would I get insomnia after the cycle? I did just move in with a girl, and things are very intense, but I've been in more hectic situations before, and have slept just fine. Does anyone know anything about cortisone blockers? It's inevitable that if I don't get enough sleep, my cortisol levels will rise, and I will lose muscle. I tried melatonin last night, and it did make me drowsy, but my brain just wouldn't shut off. Anyone else ever had this problem post cycle?
