post cuttingcycle question

How do you guys eat after a cuttingcycle....do you continue the same diet as on cycle or do start eating more?...and is it possible to stay at the same bodyfat % with the same amount of mass after a cuttingcycle and pct?

EXCELLENT question. Usually many advocate to even eat more post cycle, but they refer mostly to bulking cycles. The way with cutters is a bit more tricky. You ended your cycle, your metabolism probably slowed down due to the diet itself and now also the lack of anabolics. So basically eating more POST cycle could be the greatest recipe for bringing a lot of fat you worked so hard to get rid off. Double edged sword for sure. Not eating enough post cutter without anabolics and still doing cardio is a great recipe for catabolism. So what is the answer? I wonder myself! BUMP

cardio + eat more... speed up your metab... but still burning more calories... a fat burner (used sparingly) would help even more i believe...

Myguess would be to keep calories up where the were during the cycle (assuming your diet was very clean) and include something like a T-rex 2 week and clen 2 week cycle to help kep the fat off. R-ALA would also be a good sup to keep the carbs going to the right place. Again...just my guess...BUMP

Really...good to know. Can anyone confirm this and point me to a thread? I had planned on using clen during PCT.

actually i believe it is a good PCT product due to its anti-catabolic properties...

bigandy can confirm this as i believe he always includes it PC....

yea but i read somewhere im trying to find it again that Clen slows down the process of gaining natural T.......if i remembered correctly

Im bringing it up so maybe someone else who is on top of this can eleborate more
