Hi I'm hoping for some advice. I finished a course about four weeks ago and it seems I should have had a better pct in place, bad advice from a mate. Course was,
20mg of dbol weeks.1-4
250mg of sus twice a week, weeks 1-10
250mg of deca once a week, weeks 1-10
pct
20mg of nova weeks 10-14
test booster and estrogen reducer - supplement style.
My question is I'm at week 15 now and don't know what I can or should do to try and fix this bad course and pct?
I'm also now getting elbow and shoulder joint pain, started a few days ago. Couldnt do a workout today as was to painfull.
I'm 31

Been lifting for years and find it real hard to put on weight, good weight that is.
Would really appreciate some help.
