I'm thinking probably $399 but who knows? Most people forget the 1st Playstation was $299 when it came out in 1995. I know because I got one 3 weeks after it came out. Over $400 may be more than most people are willing to pay for new game system.

better online gameplay. There isn't much m ore than can do in the graphics, sound department. It's already good enuff.

i just rent xbox games. Too much rehashed boring shit lately in terms of gameplay. Run shoot, jump. yawn.

LOL. The graphics are only gonna get better. The whole point of constantly improving graphics is to immerse yourself in the game. The more real it looks the more you get sucked into it and the more exciting it is.

Within 10 years graphics are gonna be OFF THE HOOK. Shit, they already can make holograms. Imagine in 20 years if all games were hologram based with photo-realistic graphics in full 3-D. Tell me that wouldn't be awesome.

I think constantly improving graphics is a step in the right direction. I don't think gameplay is getting worse. It's just with more complicated graphics comes more intricate controls. How complex were the original super mario bros controls? Not very. You could start playing and within minutes master the controls. Not so with alot of games nowadays.

That's just my opinion. I played Super MArio Bros when it was still on the arcade machine and Nintendo home game systems didn't even exist. I played pong, and had a whole stack of atarri games back in the day lol.

Nothing was like the Dreamcast though. It was a nice system but it was crap in terms of working right. I think I went through 4 of them before in 2 years I finally gave up and bought my 1st PS2. I'm on my 2nd one right now. Now my Atari 5200 is still kicking strong and that thing is 23 years old!!!!

My PS2 took a shit 2 years ago (I picked it up the day it came out). I haven't bought another because I might as well wait for the next generation model. I know what you mean about the Atari, I have two 2600's and I bet they both work (I need to find a power supply, it is the only thing that I am missing, I have about 80 games).
