sorry if this came out bad... copied and pasted it from mlb.com

I don't know how much you know about baseball, but I played for a long long time and gear isn't going to help your batting average. That comes from practice practice practice. It may help the ball go a little bit further, but it won't help you connect.

true.. should have thought of that, but im blonde, please forgive me :frog:

I will help you in a sense that it will help your bat speed. Connecting is something that a ball players can do, but connecting with power is a different story. Also, 38 minor league players tested positive for steroids yesterday.

If you are in the pro's you have no problem connecting what so ever. Juice, as mentioned, will help with bat speed, endurance, strength, velocity of the ball after being hit etc... Bottom line... it helps.
Lets face it. Most players are on all season long. The testing policy is a joke... just like the rest of professional sports.
The Olympic system is supposed to be the gold standard.. and... they only catch 1.5 to 2% of the 100% that use!!!

I do believe there are a lot more users in professional sports than we hear about. Everyone in sports talks that everyone else is cheaters that uses, but they are using probably too! they just dont want to confess and be shit upon. I does suck to be that first player to be caught using AS tho.. lol forget his name

In MLB it was Alex Sanchez.

90% of Baseball players were taking gear before this off-season...no doubt...
i definetly agree. I was listening to a Kevin Millar on a radio station. he calls in about once a week to talk about baseball, and he said he gained like 20 lbs in the off season... seeing him now... doesn't look like he gained much fat, looks a little bigger tho.
this sucks... yanks just tied it up... but now we hav 2 on and 1 out... sorry, wathin the play by play at work, lol

CR steve-
I actually read an article one time (can't remember where) that said testosterone actually helps improve hand/eye cordination because of improved confidence. This confidence helps reduce reaction time. It makes you more sure of yourself and your actions, and therefore diminishes feelings of self-doubt, fear, anxiety and unsureness (not sure if that last one's a wordl). This can translate into higher batting averages. Think about how confident you get when you're juicing, and how much that self-assuredness could help you when going against an intimidating pitcher like Clemens or Woods. Shit, I wish I could remember where I read that at.
