Portable breakfast ideas?

Was thinking protein shake pancakes + someone said i could take some oats + spenda and water and make a simple cookie, any ideas?
 
try Pancake Mix by healthy cheat foods

they are 40g protein, 40g carbs & 10g healthy fats each serving.
 
Yup - try protein pancakes.....hard boiled eggs.....throw some oats into your shakes when you blend it up.....homemade protein bars.....I can eat cooked oatmeal cold as long as it's not too thick but that's up to you.....
 
Yogurt Smoothie:

1/2 cup whole plain yogurt
1/4 cup cottage cheese
4 Strawberriesd( or any berry)
2 crushed ice cubes

Combine all inred. in a blender. Blend HIGH til smooth and creamy.

12 grams protein and 13 grams carbs.
