Pork while bulking ??

I want to know if pork is good for bulking ??

cause my uncle in breeding pork and I can have my cuts with a very low % of fat...

so is it a good deal to buy pork for bulking ?
 
Here is the nutritional info for 6 oz of pork tenderloin (baked). As you can see it has about 46 grams of protein and 10 grams of fat. Not bad for bulking at all. They taste great too. Not too much saturated fat either.

The Romans never had beef........pork was their meat.Some of those Gladiators would give some guys today a run for there money!:beer:
 
some pieces of pork are really lean with as good proteins as beef

And contrary to beef you can easily cut the fat away from pork meat
