Nolvadex during the cycle?

This has been a topic that still hasn't been clarified as far as many of us are concerned.

Also, If you do say YES, what dosage and how often do you take it during the cycle?

I'm in my first week and have been taking 20 mg's since day one, even if it did hinder gains slightly I'd rather have peace of mind and not gain a few extra pounds then be without it.

I'll be switching to liquidex next week anyways.

Nolvadex slightly reduces gains made during a steroid cycle. Some believe estrogen plays a role in keeping androgen receptors open. This may explain why Nolvadex would slightly hinder gains

Nolvadex functions by attaching to the same AR receptor that your AAS would bond to.

Arimidex prevents the production of Estrogen

Therefore, since the advent of Arimidex I would not use Nolvadex but use Arimidex during my cycles.

I doubt if nolva attach to AR like DSPO suggested. Proviron does as a weak anabolic but not nolva. I hope huck/stew meat/cockdezl/macro can confirm this.
