poll...average time off between cycles

what is your opinion on this subject I know its a bump, but lets see who here believes in bridging,waiting,etc, what works well for you and list some of your good and bad experiences.......sorry for the speeling.not my first language.

fuck...i didnt see the post down from the one I just put sorry for the mistake;lol,I thought I've seen all the new ones,well lets do it one more time but this time tell us how you all felt is better. anyone has had any back pains while staying on too long or shiet like that. haahah
