If you are cutting carbs at all, this could be the reason....low carb diets can be a real shock to the system, especially if one has never been on them before..........i recall my first lowcarb diet: lots of stomach aches, headaches, feeling tired all the time.....and worst of all, no strength....
If this is the case, alter your diet and see if it helps....a more moderate carb diet might be better for you.
