What if i have to stop my anavar after just two days use? Like 10 mg in the first day and 20 on the second. Should i need pct?

I was planning to run an anavar only cycle. I know my first cycle should be test but i cant for some reasons. I have only testicle. So chose anavar but i am getting this damn headaches and acne from the second day itself.

You'll be fine, its only 2 days, now enough to make any big hormonal changes in your system. Is your anavar source legit? Anavar pills are faked very very often.
