The first one means; Cat, the other other white meat.

how comes there are the letters AJ in both of them?

The first one has the character shi, which means death written underneath, and on the top are the initials AJ. The second one just has the initials AJ.

ahh so the AJ actually has no meaning to it... just someones initials
