I recently had customs take my package (sent regular mail). talked to my source and said he would resend it.

so what do you think about ups delivery express whats the chances of me getting the package, the fastest it would be here is friday 10:30 if sent tomorow morning

When Customs seized your first package, your name and address where automatically red-flagged. So unless the new order being resent is to a new address with a different name, you probably have a good chance of being awakened at 4:00 a.m. to the sound of a DEA battery-ram breaking down your door. BTW, I would also suggest that you immediately remove all gear (including all anti-e's) from your home AND car. Put it in a self storage place under someone else's name, or keep it at the home of someone you TRUST who doesn't share your last name. Pleasant dreams.

so if a person changes the address and name there good to go

but what if a person used there real name and different address and the second time used a different name but real address would they catch on or its just the address they flag???

Actually they need knock and announce before executing the search warrant. And they need to get special permission under special circumstances for them to do a raid at night. More likely it would happen around 8am-2pm.
