PLEASE----- need cycle help for Wife!!

Just got back from Cancun and besides what i got for myself, i got my wife a bottle of Ttokkyo A-var, a bottle of TTokkyo Stano-V, and a bottle of Deca 300. My question is, her first cycle will be low dose (150-200mg/week) of the Deca and maybe a little Winny (50mg e/o/d) for 6-7 weeks. She wants to save the rest of the winny and the avar for the spring to look leaner on the beach. Can you guys give me any advice how much TTokkyo avar (5mg tabs) she can take each day? BTW, this is her FIRST cycle and i'm proud of her Thanks for any advice bros!.
