I posted this on the diet forum as well, but I think I saw this in a thread here.

I saw a thread recently, but cant find it anywhere. Someone used a method of doing

body weight X something - some number = recommended caloric intake.

My gf is building a diet and needs to know how many calories she needs to eat to loose weight. I appreciate any help. She is 5'9" at 135 lbs.
