Please help with my pain...

I did quad injections yesterday with prop and fina and now i can hardly walk. Is there anything I can do to lessen the pain a little bit? I shot in my calves too but they dont hurt.

Try some pain killers,if you dont have access I find motrin works rather well.Also try a heating pad.Il ike to switch up between hot and cold for sores.Ill keep heat on it for like 20 minutes than switch it up and do the same but only with a cold compress instead of a heated one and just keep switchin on and off like that for as long as you feel you need to.
