please help with injecting

I will be using 22g 1.5 3cc needle/syringe. using test cyp. going to use the glute. need help with start to finsh. i know about cleaning the area and prep but a little weak on the one ml air to create pressure and stuff like that. i believe you are to lift the injection glute leg up on a chair or side of tub. well any wisdom would be great guys i know you have heard all these questions before but I have to ask to be safe. thanks again guys..

Bro I load the syring squirt a little out for lubrication and shove it in

here u go, step by step:
1 - clean top of vial with alcohol swab
2 - draw with 20g, flick syringe to get bubbles to top, shoot bubbles out
3 - discard 20g
4 - attach 22g, again get air out, you should have a couple drops running out of the needle.
5 - clean upper outer ass cheek with alcohol swab.
6 - inject
7 - aspirate (pull back on plunger, you should either get bubbles or some clear fluid. if you get blood, pull out, change needles and try again
8 - depress plunger
9 - pull out, clean with alcohol swab, massage area

pull your plunger all the way out. shove it into the bottle and push the plunger back in expelling all of the air. Lift the bottle up and slowly pull the plunger back out. Go a little over your mark. pull the syringe out and tap it a few times. give it a small push to let a few drops come out to lubricate the pin. grab a hold of that ass cheek and jam that bitch in to the hilt, pull it back out a few centimeters and pull back slightly on the pluger to make sure you didn't get into a vein. once you see there's no blood in the syringe push slowly until you expel all the liquid. jerk that bitch out put a finger over the hole (I use 21g so the hole is pretty large and some of the juice can leak back out) rub it until you feel comfy and Voila....

I have always been told to clean the injection area with nothing more that warm soapy water.

1ml of air? I leave a little air so it clears the pin, and I get all of the compound, but not 1ml(=1cc). Too much air and it makes a quif (kweeeefff) sound. Just make sure you hold the pin so the air is close to the plunger otherwise the air will go in first. Sometimes if you aspirate it will bring enough air in the syringe to also clear the pin. My own little way, could be wrong but my inj. hardly hurt and are smooth.
