Please Help With Cutting Cycle And Diet!!!please

Whats up guys..I just came off my 10 week Omna/d_bol cycleand Nolv throughout cycle. It was a shity cycle for me. It was my first cycle too. Anyhow to be really honest I dn't even know if this was legit shit. I put on 5lbs and fat% stayed the same. (190lbs,6"tall,14%fat) Also my body looks a bit more bloaded and I don't really like that look. I wanted that to be my bulking cycle but I dunno. It never turned out the way I wanted it too. And YES my diet was good. I ate 6 meals a day. 3000 cals 250 pro and low fat. And I trained hard. Now what I'm looking for is the HARD,CUT LOOK. I am not planning to be a bodybuilder. Nothing againts hardcore bodybuilders but I don't want that massive look. I hope you guys kow what I'm talking about. I want a nice 6pac for the summer. Anyhow let me cut to the chase. What could I use for my next cycle. I'm from TORONTO so things are not that easy to get here. Well at least legit but I'll look around for a good source. Also I don't want a long cycle. 6-8 weeks if possible guys. I was planning on ECA as well to cut down. So what can I taketo get what I want. Not a bloated look but a hard cut look. Let me know guys. Also let me know how much to take not only what type of gear to use. And if you have time let me know what my diet should be on a cutting cycle. Thanks so much.
 
calories at 12 x bodyweight. protein at 2 grams per lb every days. carbs at 1/2 gram per lb. rest of calories healthy fats.

week 1-10 400mg EQ
week 1-10 250mg Test
week 1-3 20mg dball per day(just as a kick start)
week 5-10 75mg fina EOD
week 5-10 35-50mg winstrol per day(orally)

t3...start at 25mcg on week 4 for 3 days then increase by
25mcg every 3 days until 75mg per day is reached. stay on
or around that dose for 2 weeks then taper back down to zero
over a 2 week period.

cardio 4x a week at 45 minutes per session.
