Please help w/1st cycle

I'll soon have the materials I need to get going on my first cycle, but I keep reading about so many different ways to cycle it. I would really appreciate some help in designing my first cycle. Just some info first, I'm 5'9" 160lbs and lean. Figuring I eat right, rest and train properly I'd like to gain around 20lbs.
Here's what I'll have on hand:

- 6 Sust 250 from Mex
- 4 Sust 250 from Turkey (any problem mixing Sust?)
- Oral Winny (Stanazolic - small green oval's from mex)
- Clomid
- Nolvadex

I wasn't planning on adding the winny, but just thought I'd throw it in there since I may have some on hand. I was planning on Sust 250 every 6 days. I know that's not much, but this is my first cycle and I don't want to go balls to the wall on my first go around. Do I even need to take the Nolvadex, or just keep it on hand in case, and if so, what should I be looking for as a sign to start taking nolvadex?

Just run the sus for 10 wks. keepthe nolva on hand in case gyno flares. dont take the winny save it for a future cycle. if ur nips get itchy or sore or puffy then start nolvadex immediately.
 
I think you should run the sus for 10 weeks. If you could get your hands on some dbol for the first 5 weeks that would help matters. Dbol and sus should definatly give you the gains you are looking for. Shouldnt be a problem mixing the sust, just a shame you dont have enough for 500mg a week.
 
I will probably stack sust in a future cycle or maybe some deca. I just want to feel things out this time and go up from there. What about the nolvadex and clomid, when exactly and how much should I be taking of that.
 
Just keep the nolva on hand. At the amts you are running you probably won't need it

3 wks after last shot of sus run clomid like this:
day 1 300
day 2-11 100
day12-21 50
 
You should definitely run 500mg's a week and for 10 weeks. If so with a lot of food you could keep 20 instead of just peaking at it. I gained over 30 pounds on my first cycle of 500 sus and 400eq. I know it sounds like a lot but believe me when you start seeing gains you be lookin for more gear before you know it. By the end of my cycle i was wiling to pay anything for a bottle of prop to finish out the last three weeks so i could get another few pounds befor it was over.
