Please help on taking m-stane

M-stane has the active ingredient 2a,17a-dimethyl-5a-androst-3-one-17b-ol at 15mg/capsule
It's the exact same thing as superdrol, just a different brand name.
[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]M-stane/superdrol is a very effective pro-hormone but also extremely liver toxic and it aromatizes into estrogen heavily. You need to use an AI with your cycle to keep estrogen in the low-normal range to prevent side effects like gyno. You also need to use a good liver aid supplement with your cycle.
I wouldn't use m-stane longer then 4 weeks. It's very hard on the body. You also need a proper PCT to restore your natural testosterone production after the cycle. M-stane is very suppressive of natural testosterone production.
Something like this:
Weeks 1 - 4
M-stane 30mg/day
[/FONT]Aromasin 10mg every other day or arimidex 0.5mg every other day
A good natural liver aid supplement like N2guard - 1 serving/day
A good natural testosterone booster like HCGenerate - 1 serving/day
After the cycle, it's important to run a proper mini PCT to restore natural testosterone production.
4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
A good natural liver aid supplement like N2guard - 1 serving/day
A good natural testosterone booster like HCGenerate ES - 1 serving/day

Me either, I am not an advocate of all those prohormones, superdrol among them. Yes, it is powerful, but the side effects can easily negate all the benefits of this compound, so I don't see the reason of using it when you have either steroids, or SARMS. All of them are superior to prohormones, and you can get all sorts of benefits from them.
Superdrol is not really a prohormone but a powerful oral steroid. It should be taken seriously and only run if you know what you are doing. I would rather set up a different cycle personally.
