Hi guys
Before i ask my questions i have already used insulin many times in the past and have used AAS for quite some time so please a answer would be good rather then questions.
I have been using novorapid penfill 9 months ago but i had a shoulder injury which forced me to take off some time for it to heal properly.
I have been back in the gym for 2 months now and put back some good quality mass i have lost and i am on a Dbol/Test cycle to kickstart some gains again Tho my friend who use to supply me
left and i could not find anyone who could get me Novorapid insulin or something very fast.
Novomix 30 flexpen is all i could acquire and as i did some research some people claim you can use it but it is not the best choice. I am from sydney australia so its hard to get basically anything down here unless you have big $$$ but insulin is something thats very hard for me to get
(Q1) What would be the best time to take this type of insulin & at what dose?
