I would...

Bump the fat up on those no/low carb meals. I'd change the cardio to something a little lower in intensity, and drop your rest time between sets while you workout, depending on how long you rest now anyay. Others might be able to help you out a little bit more however.

Keep track of your calories, you should drop about 200 calories about every 3 weeks in the form of carbs, that's a good way to make continuous progress so your body doesn't adapt to the same same amount of calories week after week. Also, once a week have a high calorie day,eat 500 more calories than normal in the form of complex carbs to keep your metabolism running as fast as possible.

OK

Do you have a hard time losing weight? Because I see no reason for t3 at that high of body fat. You should be able to get down to 8% with diet alone and maybe some ECA, easily.

IMHO you should continue to lose fat with this diet without tweaking it. In another 6 weeks you should be down to 10% at least.

Your body will not really not store protein as fat unless you really , really over do it, which is hard. You could combine some meals which would give your body more time inbetween to be burning fat during the day. That as always worked well for me and other I recommend it to. Everytime you eat no matter what you spike insulin. Cut the meals frequency down, but still keep the protein the same.

Through in one day of carbs or so called "cheating". That will prime the body for the following week of fat burning.

what about

should i up the cardio? maybe that will increase the fat burning? it is hard for me to lose weight i suppose, now im having a tough time its killingme. im doing everything right. i guess i have to just stick it out for a little longer and see what happens i thinki will up the cardio to 50 mins in the morning and 25 mins at night. maybe a light walk on an incline or something at night and more intense in the morning. also im adding in some liquidex at .5mg ed to maybe break up some of the estrogenic fat. what do you guys think of that? i want to do everything to ensure i hit my goals.
