Please help me with Blood Work Game Plan

I live in San Diego, CA and don't really know of a doctor I can confide in about what i'm about to do.

How could I go about getting blood work done before, I begin cycle, after cycle, after PCT. What would I need to check for? Who could read the results to me and make suggestions? Any service I could pay for this? Appreciate any links I might of missed while searching and any input to be as safe as possible.
