Please Help me Rehab with Test/Hgh cycle

Hey EF Bros,
It's time... I need some advice from you vets out there. I have decided to go back on. It's been almost 4yrs. since. Went to the doc, gave me low test scores, told me I had osteopinia (low bone density). Refused to give me hrt, although 2yrs ago he said it was a possibility. Fuck um...
I need to take care of myself and nurse my health back, especially after my motorcycle accident 6 months ago. Pretty much thrashed at 33.
Anyhow, need some help out there Bros!

Stats:
Male
33yrs old
5'10"
185lbs
14-16%bf?
Currently train (X3) week w/cardio

I will be running:

Week 1-12 Test Cyp 200mg week
2-4iu of Hgh for at least a year (or until I can't fund it)

week 1-12 0.25mg Arimidex
Week 1-12 250iu HCG twice a week
Clomid (help!)
Novaladex (help!)

I NEED serious help with the PCT part, I've tried to comprehend it, but
need the help from VETS!!

run that hgh buddy...should help with bone density....
Anavar has been proven to strengthen joints, tendons and ligaments and will probably do you some good even as low as 50mg a day
PCT I woul run the HCG that you have on Monday, wednesday, and Friday for 4 weeks or so maybe more depending on you after your last injection of test.
Clomid and Nolva run after the cycle is over at 50mg per day...but I wouldnt use clomid I would use AIFM and you can buy that shit with a credit card...

I Like your sig. Since I was 9-10 I've only done sports like Judo/wrestling/Jiu-Jitsu. So mentally I train with the same intensity. I'd have to admit its a little depressing when doing so my body feels like it's falling apart. Can't wait to see what hgh will do for me.

i don't honestly think you need to run the HCG in there twice a week if you are staying on the test....think about it....you are taking test, no need to take HCG to keep your nuts online when they are not online anyways right?

at least thats how i look at it

I would only be on 12weeks of test (200-400mg/wk) but year long on the gh (2-4iu). I barely fall in the limits of normal free-test. So I guess my nuts are online but borderline. That's why I feel hcg/pct is going to be good for me. I remember years back when I did a sust/deca/primo/winny cycle,
used proviron, clomid, novaladex, but no hcg. Kept half the gains while I crashed and burned. Natty test came back in time, but mentally sucked.
I guess some of us learn the hard way the first time.

I just want to see what you guys would recommend for pct. BTW,
what pct are you using?

well bro, if/when i come off im really not sure what PCT i'll run, i know im shut WAY down and i'll have been on a bit over a year when i do come off most likely in november or so.......probably a lot of HCG, clomid and nolvadex of course
 
Need to slow down a bit and think this through.

I think a reasonable goal is to return to the peak of overall health. Use aas and HGH together with diet, supplements, training, recovery and blood testing to improve over 12 months.

Because of your unique circumstances, I'd bring the aas and HGH to a HRT level. That way it will not throw off your system while you progressively grow. The blood testing done every three months will be your guide, along with steady gains of muscle. You can easily gain a pound a month along with improved health including improved bone density.

what were your natural test levels?????? i have my levels right at the border line of low at 275ng/dl and that's fukin low for a 28 yrs old. my last cycle was test, eq and gh for 20 wks and the gh was run for 8 months. i've been off almost 1 1/2 yrs and they still low. my doc told me that i should be in hrt, i never went to my refered doc thought but i'm starting soon. no regrets though but good results

i recommend for you to buy jinotropins and they are cheap and real good no questions asked.
