Ok, I am 23yrs old, 6', 260lbs, and roughly 25-28% BF. I am also a diabetic, so I take insulin. I just started lifting again last May. I was 200lbs then with not much muscle, just a little. Chest is 52", arms are 17.5"(warm). When I gain fat, it seems to go straight to my stomach. I started the cardio last monday at 30-35min. every day. I lift 3-4 days a week. My diabetic dr. has me on a 2500 calorie diet and I HAVE to eat carbs, at least 20 per meal. If I don't, my blood sugar levels drop and I will faint if I don't eat some carbs. I am trying to find a diet that will allow me to lose this fat I have before late spring/early summer. I recently stopped eating as much bread, and eat maybe one piece with a hamburger patty cooked on the george grill. I eat chicken from it too.I have 2 cases of Myoplex MRP drinks as well. Any diet tips guys? Thanks in advance.
