Please help me find the solution for my problem

Cycle EQ 600mg per week. Also proviron at 50mg ED and from last week bromo 2.5mg ED. Added fina last night and will run it at 75mg ED. I'm bulking even though It might look like a cutting cycle. My diet is high protein, high carbs low fat, 40/40/20, and some days I eat more carbs 50/40/10.
The problem I have right now is my metabolism is very low. I hate this and it makes me more constipated than ever. I'm eating good amounts of fibers too. I'm gaining muscle slowly while holding fat where I like it to be, but I do not need much calories right now to gain because of the slow metabolism. I eat about 500 cals above my maintenance calorie intake per day 3 days per week and about 1000-1500 rest of the days.

My feet and hands are pretty cold right now. I need some advice on how I could bump my metabolism because I do not feel so very good with bloated gut and no hunger, no sweating or anything.

I thought maybe a change, either in less or more fibers would do the trick. Or to lower carbs to about 250g per day and bumping fat bigtime, maybe this will get my metabolism back to normal.
I rather not add T3, but if this goes on I will at 6.25mcg per day, might bump the metabolism and nutrition absorbtion a bit?

You just need to eat more. 1000-1500 calories on ANY day of a bulking cycle is just stupid. Up those calories! Eat some doughnuts, pizza, ice cream, whatever it takes! THEN I guearantee your metabolism will go up. 1500 calories? What are you, a Biafran?

No but I very easily gain fat so I do not need more than weight times 18 to 20 per day. I eat about 2.2g protein per lb bw.
When I've been bulking before I've eaten way to much and gained to much fat, often estrogen realted fat too that was very very hard to get rid of/decrease. When I've dome ECA while bulking my metabolism goes sky high and hunger and hell beeing increases. I will not add ECA or Clen due to the bromo, so maybe T3 6.25mcg would be helpfull..?

OK, let's say you're a pretty small dude. 165#. At 2.2g protein/lb of bodyweight, you would have to eat 363 grams of protein a day. Protein has a caloric value of 4 cals/g. So that is 1,452 calories from protein daily. So how can you be getting 1000-1500 calories a day on off days? Something is not right in your calculations Alfons. Check your numbers, then get back to us.

read the post again, what I meant was I eat +500cals above the calorie I burn for 2-3 days, then up the cals aven more, about +1000-1500cals above maintenance calorie intake(what I mean with this is 1000-1500 over what I eat for staying at the same weight.
 
I get it! Your taking in your "maintenance cals" as normal, but you adding an extra 500 cals (3 days per week) and 1000 cals (the rest of the time). That’s a confusing way of putting it... you should just give us your stats and total caloric intake next time.

As for the constipation, have you ever tried to lower your fiber? I know it sounds silly, but when my fiber is lower than 15gm a day, I shit like a race horse!!!

The question is "why is your metabolism slow?" Did you do something to lower it? Like starvation or decrease you caloric intake for a month or two? Or is it naturally low? If your metabolism is always slow, then there's really nothing you can do outside of taking drugs (such as T3, Clen, NYC, ECA, or DNP) or increasing your LBM. You might be over doing it on the caloric intake? My advice is to just add a few calories at a time (for example: add 50 cals EOD for a week or two, then plateau for a week or two, then add 50 cals EOD for a week or two, etc…) until you reach a comfortable caloric intake. This will help you increase lean body mass but avoid fat gain and also give your body time to adjust its metabolism to meet the supply of food. Slow and steady wins the race!
