Please Help Interpreting Blood Test Results and Symptoms

goodhealth

New member
Hello everyone, I am looking for some advice and suggestions in regards to a few symptoms which I have had my entire life since I was a kid. These symptoms are anxiety, inconsistant and occasionnal suboptimal sexual and erectile performance (particularly under stress), and mild to moderate cold intolerance including frequent cold hands and feet if temperature is suboptimal. I have suspected dysautonomia such as mitral valve prolapse syndrome as a possible culprit, as well as a few other things. Below is my bloodwork. Thanks for any advice!

The E.d is from stress bro. No doubt. Stress can fuck with your body big time. I'm a pro on that.

Ur bloods look good except your cholesterol. Do cardio. That will drop that. Take some hcgenerate, test infusion or unleashed and ull be gtg. Ur free t could be a little higher.

He's right bro.

Also, what does your blood pressure look like? Circulation issues can cause huge problems with erection

My blood pressure is normal, but I think it changes drastically when changing posture. Is my thyroid T3 low at 2.8 with a reference range of 2.0 - 4.4?

This isn't the Mayo clinic web site.

If you want to get medical advice from a bunch of strangers on the internet, on a roid head forum of all places, you need a psychiatrist, and a doctor.

I think you are probably a hypochondriac, and or a troll.

If you really wanted to make your post simpler you would have left all that crap off. It is summarized by this:
Normal.

The only indication of anything in those tests is slightly low UIBC, so think about anemia, but considering your TIBC and iron are normal I doubt you even have that.

I'm not a doctor, but you should trust me. Seriously.

Never mind about what? Sorry, I am truly looking for useful input and am not trolling. I have been trying to figure out why its so easy to cause ED in me under suboptimal conditions such as anxiety, cold, postural changes, excessive orgasms, etc... I have friends who never get ED at all, and I seem to get it if the slightest variable is not ideal. I know that anxiety is the major culprit here, but my low free testosterone, low estradiol, high prolactin, and low free T3 are concerning to me and may explain my "vulnerability" to anxiety's anti sexual effects.

Why do you think mitral valve prolapse is the culprit? None of the symptoms you are describing have anything to do with mitral valve prolapse. You may be describing a mild circulation issue due to atherosclerosis build-up in your arteries. What is your age? Are you a smoker?

I highly doubt I have artherosclerosis, I do not smoke and these symptoms have been present since I was 15 years old. I am 32 and extremely healthy. I have normal sexual function, but it can be easily thrown off by anxiety, much easier than most people. As a matter of fact, almost anything that negatively effects sexual performance seems to have a stronger effect upon me than others. I believe its because of dysautonomia from mitral valve prolapse syndrome because when I was 15 I took an echocardiogram for it because I thought I had it, and while the first echocardiogram was negative showing a normal heart, the second one I took at age 16 showed very mild mitral valve prolapse. Anxiety is one of the key symptoms of MVPS.

Yea atherosclerosis would be highly unlikely. Btw it would be interesting to see if you actually really do have MVP because it used to be over diagnosed 15 or 16 years ago. Anyway, I would try supplementing with Unleashed. It is an all around good product and will help raise your free testosterone which will probably most if not all your mild symptoms especially the ED symptoms. This is just my opinion on the situation.

It's obviously all in your own head man. You keep going on about your anxiety. Guess what? That's the problem. Just relax and don't think about it

When I get ED, it is almost always caused due to one or a combination of 3 factors.

1. Extreme performance anxiety (especially with new relationships)

2. Not losing virginity until 25 (brain adapted to porn since age 12) and not trying no PMO until about 31

3. Normal but possibly sub-optimal hormone profile and or sub-optimal venous constriction (making erections easy to get but harder to maintain and easier to lose under suboptimal conditions).

Factor 1 is basically the cause of all my ED, factors 2 and 3 just make me more vulnerable to getting it more easily. My ED was completely resolved when I was in a long term relationship in the absence of anxiety. The problem is that it is hard to find long term relationships with hot women, and so I have to somehow train myself to not have anxiety in random hookups.
