Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below Has anyone when doing site injections gotten really bruised up. I'm not talking from hitting a vien either I'm talking all around the site it was injected but this doesn't happen for at least a few days after the shot. Also did Bi's and I will never do this again One arm is bigger then the other and they look like someone just beat the hell out of my arms. Could all this be do to me being very fair skined? Please help cause I'm about to stop fina all together and do the finasol instead, but I love the strength that the shot gives.

I shake like a bastard (genetic condition), so the only place I can shoot without causing bruising or swelling is my thigh.
I usually have a buddy hit my delts for me.
The one time a did delts by myself the majority of my upper arm bruised for a week.
My right hand shakes more than my left, so usually my left bi inject sucks and the other goes fine.
