I have been doing some research at this discussion board for a few months. You guys/gals have helped me a lot and finally I feel I have done enough research to do my first cycle. My profile is as follows: I am 26 years old, weigh 213 lbs, 6' tall, and approx 15%-17% BF. I have been lifting since high school, off and on during college and pretty consistently for the past 3 years. I have always struggled to keep my BF down and I understand the importance of DIET and Cardio, but now I need some help to get me a little edge. I am not looking to compete, just want to get more cut. I feel I have enough muscle (maybe not like some of you guys but okay for me
) I just need to get ride of some of the fat to show it off more. My cycle is below. Please critize it and add any cardio or diet tips.
Sust @500mg/wk (weeks 1-9)
Equipose @ 400 mg/wk (weeks 1-9)
Winstrol @ 50mg/ED (weeks 6-12)
Clomid (weeks 13-15)---How much ????
Should I add D-bol instead of Equipose? Or would this make me gain too much mass? Should I add Nolvadex and if so how much. Lastly how many mg's are in one Amp. Just tring to get the proper amouts of my gear to make sure I don't run out.
