Please Evaluate My 1st Cycle

I have been doing some research at this discussion board for a few months. You guys/gals have helped me a lot and finally I feel I have done enough research to do my first cycle. My profile is as follows: I am 26 years old, weigh 213 lbs, 6' tall, and approx 15%-17% BF. I have been lifting since high school, off and on during college and pretty consistently for the past 3 years. I have always struggled to keep my BF down and I understand the importance of DIET and Cardio, but now I need some help to get me a little edge. I am not looking to compete, just want to get more cut. I feel I have enough muscle (maybe not like some of you guys but okay for me :D ) I just need to get ride of some of the fat to show it off more. My cycle is below. Please critize it and add any cardio or diet tips.

Sust @500mg/wk (weeks 1-9)
Equipose @ 400 mg/wk (weeks 1-9)
Winstrol @ 50mg/ED (weeks 6-12)
Clomid (weeks 13-15)---How much ????

Should I add D-bol instead of Equipose? Or would this make me gain too much mass? Should I add Nolvadex and if so how much. Lastly how many mg's are in one Amp. Just tring to get the proper amouts of my gear to make sure I don't run out. :)

are you for real??:confused: you want to know how many mgs are in a amp of sust250?..duh maybe 250mgs and do some research on clomid bro i am not flaming you i just think you are either pulling my leg or seriously in need of help
 
Drop the EQ and add Dbols instead. 20mg ED for the first 5 weeks. Then if you wish, winny for the other 5 weeks. Sust at 500mg for 8 weeks. Start clomid at week 11. How much ? Personally I would do 100mg ED for 7 days then 50mg ed for another week.
 
Looking to loose about 5%BF as a first goal, don't really care about adding much mass right now. Also it would be nice to finally get over a 340lb bench press max (I have been stuck there for a while). But again primary goal is looks rather than power. Thanks.

By the way...If I keep my cardio and diet on check, about how much % of BF could I loose on this 10wk cylce. I know everyone is different...but just looking for some realistic expectations.
 
The Dbol and Sust. should most definetly help you break your wall on the bench. The initial water bloat you will probably get will make you feel like you percentage in BF has increased, but Dbol and Winstrol form a synergetic effect in most people and allows them to build incredible mass while keeping muscles hard and the body vascular. With strict dieting, (I like the 50-40-10 rule; 50 % protein - 40 % carbs - 10 % fat) you could possibly lose your 5% while gaining massive strength and hard muscles. But like you said yourself; "everyone is diffrent."
 
Well for losing fat and trimming down, I would say dont use dbol. try Var instead of dbol for leaner gains. Also you could probably use 250mg of sust and up the Var to 50 mg ED. Whatever you do with the sust will be fine, but forget the Eq and dbol for this cycle, IMO .

Consider this:
Sust 500mg per wk (2amps) 8 weeks
Var 40mg ED for weeks 3-8 (6 weeks)

Cardio 5 days
Weight Training 4 days
high protein, low fat, low sodium ,
