this was taken three weeks ago..I am 6'4 274 in the pic. I dieted down from 296 and am currently clean and at 267.
 
Nice biceps. I believe you could add some mass to you chest and cut up your abs more by diet and hard abs workouts. Remember, slow reps on lower, mid, and upper abs. High reps on obliques.

Well considering you said your cleaner now at 267 the abs should be coming along good.

You have huge arms great bi's..for such big arms I would try to add some size to your chest.

Think like Arnold..Keep everything Proportioned
 
trying to get my chest to grow, my arms I barely work they just grow like weed.

Any hints on how to make my chest catch up to my arms?
